In order to provide a quick and accurate response to your logo design order, LogoAngels, Inc. asks only for the information necessary to complete your order with precision. LogoAngels, Inc. uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your privacy when you place an on-line order. When you order a logo design, we need to know your name, your company's name, your email address, and your mailing address. This allows us to process and complete your order and to notify you of your order status. We also ask some information about your company in order to have a creative direction for your company's logo design needs.
All the information is strictly for the use of LogoAngels, Inc. and will not be shared with any third party.

All the rights of the Logo artwork and Logo design we create belong to our customers. LogoAngels, Inc. does not hold any rights to the logo design created for a client.
LogoAngels, Inc. does not file a trademark application with respect to the logos designed for its client. The client is free to register as a trademark the logo design created for it by LogoAngels, Inc. LogoAngels, Inc. warrants that its designs are of its own creation and are not copied from or
inspired by existing designs or trademarks.

All prices listed on LogoAngels.com are in US Dollars. Clients purchasing LogoAngels, Inc.’s Service must pay for the Service online via credit card or PayPal. Clients will be charged for the Package(s) selected. If you pay by credit card, you will be required to provide a valid credit card number and your credit card billing address. LogoAngels, Inc. will email the client a receipt for the transactions in which Client is involved.

Client agrees to provide timely responses to LogoAngels, Inc. after notification of sample completion. Client shall have 20 days to respond to each set logo design samples submitted to the Client for review. If after 20 days the Client has failed to respond, LogoAngels, Inc. will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be deemed to be complete. LogoAngels, Inc. will have no further obligation to Client, and Client shall pay LogoAngels, Inc. all fees and expenses associated with work performed by LogoAngels, Inc.
